Employee Spotlight: Dominic Razzano promoted to Manager at Lutz, Selig & Zeronda, CPAs, LLP

We are proud to announce the promotion of Dominic Razzano to Manager at Lutz, Selig & Zeronda, CPAs, LLP. Since joining the firm in 2018, Dominic has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth, quality client service, and the continued development of those around him. 

Dominic specializes in attestation services, primarily working with clients in the construction, engineering, and real estate industries. He oversees the planning, execution, and completion of financial statement audits, reviews, and other attestation engagements for privately held companies. He also has significant experience with business tax engagements and employee benefit plan audits, including 401(k) plans. 

Over the course of his career at LS&Z, Dominic has grown from preparing employee benefit plan audits to taking a leadership role in reviewing work and teaching others the processes involved. As a member of the firm’s Quality Management Team, he also plays an active role in supporting LS&Z’s commitment to audit quality and adherence to professional standards. Dominic credits his continued success to a commitment to personal growth each day. 

Dominic is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting. Originally from Averill Park, NY, Dominic now resides in Troy with his wife and their daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, cooking and grilling, and traveling to Cape Cod. He is an avid fan of the New England Patriots and New York Yankees. 

Dominic’s promotion from Supervisor to Manager reflects his technical development, leadership, and dedication to the firm and its clients. We are thrilled to celebrate this milestone and look forward to the continued impact he will make in his new role.
