We are proud to announce the promotion of Leah Ann O’Donnell, CPA to Manager at Lutz, Selig & Zeronda, CPAs, LLP. Since joining the firm in 2020, Leah has demonstrated outstanding dedication, expertise, and a passion for client service.
Leah works primarily within the tax department, where she manages a wide range of tax engagements, including work with partnerships, S corporations, and trusts. She is also known for her collaborative approach to tax research and planning for complex transactions, and for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Her career at the firm has been marked by steady advancement—beginning as an intern in Spring 2020 and progressing through roles as associate, senior associate, and supervisor before assuming her current role as manager in 2025.
A graduate of the University at Albany (SUNY), Leah holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation. She is licensed as a CPA in New York State and actively contributes to the community through her involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association of Northeastern New York, where she serves as Secretary of the Junior Board and as Committee Chair for the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. She is also a board member of the Institute of Management Accountants – Tech Valley Chapter.
Raised in Schaghticoke, NY, Leah now resides in Clifton Park in her grandparents’ former home, where she lives with her 10-year-old mutt, Luther. When not at work, she enjoys gardening, crossword puzzles, reading, skiing, volunteering, and spending time at her family’s camps in Minerva and Piseco.
Leah attributes her success to the work ethic instilled in her by her parents and grandparents, as well as the mentorship and support of firm leadership. We are thrilled to celebrate her accomplishments and look forward to the continued impact she’ll make in her new role.
Congratulations, Leah!
