Notice to Our Clients – Tax Season 2021
To Our Valued Clients:
Effective February 1, 2021, in response to COVID-19, Lutz, Selig & Zeronda, CPAs, L.L.P. will be implementing the following procedures for client drop-off and pick-up of personal tax information. These policies and procedures are being implemented for the safety of our clients, our team and their respective families:
- There is a secure drop box once you enter the building (in the vestibule). Please place your tax information in the secure drop box. Our administrative team will be emptying the drop box multiple times per day.
- If your tax information is not enclosed in a sealed package, we ask you to use one of the envelopes on top of the drop box to seal your tax information. Feel free to use as many envelopes as needed. Please be sure to write your name on the outside of any envelopes placed in the drop box.
- Please sign-in, provide your current email address and indicate if you would like your return mailed to you or provided by secure email once completed. If provided by secure email, you will have the option to pick up your original tax data and request a bound hard copy of your return at a later date.
- We will be limiting all non-essential client face to face meetings. We respectfully request you to call or email your accounting team to address any questions, concerns or open items.
We sincerely appreciate your patience with these procedures as we realize they are an inconvenience for our clients. Client interaction is an integral part of our Firm and we are disappointed we are not able to service our clients in the way they have been accustomed to. Your safety and our team’s safety is our top priority.
