Doug joined Lutz, Selig & Zeronda, CPAs, L.L.P. in 2026 as a Principal. He manages a growing book of business, providing tax and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners. Doug takes a proactive approach to client service, focusing on understanding each client’s operations and longterm goals to deliver thoughtful, tailored guidance.

His experience includes working with businesses across multiple industries, with particular familiarity in serving constructionrelated clients. Doug has also previously served as Treasurer of a national nonprofit organization and was a member of the NYSSCPA Construction Contractors Committee, further expanding his professional insight and leadership experience.

Doug earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh and was a member of Sigma Pi fraternity during his time there.

Originally from Cobleskill, Doug now resides in Albany with his girlfriend and their dog. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, exploring craft breweries, and following sports especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Yankees.
