Paul R. Jankowski, CPA

Paul joined Lutz, Selig & Zeronda, CPAs, L.L.P. in 2007 and has been a partner with the firm since 2012, playing an active role in its leadership and continued growth. With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, he works closely with privately held businesses, business owners and individuals on tax planning, compliance and advisory matters. His experience spans many industries, including retail, medical and professional practices, construction and real estate.

A significant part of Paul’s practice is focused on helping closely held businesses and their owners navigate the connection between business decisions and their personal tax and financial objectives. His approach emphasizes proactive tax planning, practical strategies and coordination between an entity’s tax position and the individual tax returns of its owners. He also assists clients with significant transactions, ownership changes and other complex financial decisions. Long–term client relationships are central to his approach, and many of the clients he advises have worked with him for more than 20 years.

Paul brings a determined, results–oriented approach to client service and problem solving. He takes the time to understand how each client’s business operates, identify the underlying issue and develop practical solutions. Whether addressing a tax matter, evaluating a business decision or helping a client work through an unexpected challenge, his focus is on moving the issue toward a clear and workable resolution.

Outside of the office, Paul enjoys golf, downhill skiing and exploring new ski destinations.
