As one of the founders of Lutz, Selig & Zeronda, CPAs, L.L.P., Ed is dedicated to providing his clients with timely and innovative financial, tax and consulting services. Ed employs a hands-on, proactive approach to servicing his clients and has extensive experience in the construction, manufacturing, processing, and services industries.
As partner-in-charge of litigation and valuation services, he has been involved with many cases as an expert witness. Additionally, Ed performs business valuations for clients in need of estate, gift, litigation, and divorce services. By combining these skills with his accounting experience, Ed has developed an expertise in the sale and purchase of closely-held businesses.
Ed currently resides in Saratoga, NY with his wife. When away from the office, he enjoys following sports and staying active by exercising, hiking, and skiing.
